TOPS, Cebu

TOPS, Cebu’s mountain viewing deck. Breathe crisp air from mango orchards, flower gardens and vegetable farms. Tops is a viewing platform in Busay, above the city. Tops is reachable via the Trans-Central Highway and 25 minutes from the city.




TOPS is situated on top of cool Busay Hills, an excellent sight seeing spot which offers a breathtaking view of Metro Cebu and the islands of Mactan and Olanga. Going to Tops could be quite difficult for tourists who does not have any friends in Cebu. The only option for tourists is to rent a car.The road that will lead you to the top of the mountain is really steep. You will enjoy the view of Cebu City.

    But it's quite expensive, right? 100/head for a view is quite steep, methinks. But just the same, the view really is nice and the breeze was very cool as well.

    lateralus, I think so too, plus others may need to rent a vehicle to go there. But, it's all worth it. A place you will never forget.
