Designed
by the award-winning masterplanning and architectural firm Broadway Malyan,
each tower is set in a breathtaking tropical modern aesthetic that provides
optimal natural ventilation, light, and shade.
AZURE
ROOFDECKS
Capture some fantastic Instagram-moments on the Azure roofdecks. Wooden seats and leafy gardens make for a unique and charming spot to enjoy the expansive views.

A kidney bean-shaped clubhouse complements an organically formed lustrous
landscape that capitalizes on the uniqueness of an artificial beach. This in
turn asserts a sense of identity and legibility to the different character
areas within the 6-hectare site.
Other amenities like an open park, zen garden, multiple playgrounds, lap pool with cascading waterfalls, kiddie water slide, poolside bar, beach volleyball area and a basketball court have been incorporated into the master plan, adding rich diversity to a natural environment that supports recreation, health and well being.

PARIS BEACH CLUB
The Paris Beach Club is a one-of-a-kind beach club amenity which integrates
world class dining, relaxation, and entertainment facilities into one seamless,
tropical-inspired experience. This vibrant amenity is all the more special as
it was designed by style-icon and world traveler Paris Hilton. Paris carefully
planned the look, feel, and exotic vibe of the building, inspired by her
experiences at many of the world’s best beach getaways. The result is a
stunning, highly personal blend of color, décor, and activity that reflect the
fun nature of Paris Hilton as well as the modern tastes of today’s sun-loving
residents.
THE
AZURE BEACH
The true centerpiece of the Azure Urban Resort Residences is the Azure Beach – an iconic man-made beach facility with fine white sand, undulating waves and waterfalls.
THE BEACH BAR
The Azure Beach Bar is a dynamic hangout in the middle of the Azure beach. Breezy and well-stocked with light snacks and an assortment of beverages, it also houses a DJ deck for day jams and night parties.
THE AZURE CHILDREN’S BEACH PLAYGROUND
The beach playground features an engaging water play area with fun kiddie slides and large buckets that fill and empty themselves every few minutes, as well as valves designed for releasing spurts of water.

POOL
The 25-meter lap pool features floating sunbathing-beds and is also an infinity pool that overflows into the wave pool below.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL COURT
A special section of sand and netting is dedicated to the great summer pastime of beach volleyball.

style icon and celebrity Paris Hilton flew to the Philippines to lead the grand
opening of her first real estate project and design collaboration with
innovative property developer Century Properties Group—the Paris Beach Club in
Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City.
Paris arrived in a stylish black and white dress at the press conference held prior to the inauguration and changed into a chic little black dress for the ribbon-cutting held afterwards. An amazing beach party then ensued, with house music wafting throughout the entire venue. Party guests that included current and future Azure residents as well as Manila’s elite set were treated to sumptuous food and free-flowing drinks as they enjoyed music from top DJs.
Those were not the only treats they got; Paris surprised everyone when she stepped into the DJ booth to spin!
“You are all so lucky to be living here,” Paris addressed them in an exclusive gathering the night before, adding: “If I live in Manila I would definitely live in Azure.”
